1.负责搭建公司水务检测技术体系和质量管理体系；
2.负责行业客户关系的建立和维护，以及客户专业技术方案的编制及汇报；
3.协助进行水务技术服务的市场拓展以及投标工作；
4.负责公司水利水务板块的技术进步工作；
5.协助进行水利检测资质的申报及维护工作。
任职要求：
1.本科学历，32-45岁，水利水电相关专业，持水利水电高级职称；
2.具有8年以上从事水利水电工程建设相关工作经历，并有从事5年及以上水利水电工程质量检测相关经验，熟悉水利水电行业工程检测相关技术标准和行业管理相关要求；
3.有较强的技术能力，能独立完成水利检测相关生产项目，解决技术问题；
4.具备良好的沟通表达能力和判断能力，熟悉行业相关管理政策；
深圳市交通工程试验检测中心有限公司（以下简称“检测中心”）成立于1996年1月，原名为“深圳市公路交通工程试验检测中心”，是深圳市投资控股有限公司全资下属企业，原为是深圳市公路工程质量监督站检测室，2001年5月注册为企业法人（目前注册资本为749.8万元）；2006年12月，深圳事业单位改革，划拨给深圳市投资控股有限公司，2007年9月，市投资控股公司委托市交通工程质量监督站代行管理 ，2010年至今，市投资控股公司、市交委（含市交通质监站）及中心组成管委会，对中心进行共同管理。
检测中心主要从事深圳市政府投资的交通工程（公路、城市道路、港口、水运等）建设的质量监督检测和交竣工检测工作，是国家和深圳市高新技术企业，也是深圳市屈指可数的公路综合甲级检测机构之一。检测中心从事试验检测行业20余年，拥有公路工程综合甲级资质、水运工程结构乙级资质、水运工程材料乙级资质、中国合格评定国家认可委员会实验室认可（CNAS）资质、计量认证（CMA）资质、建设工程质量检测资质、ISO9001:2015质量管理认证资质等七大类检测资质。检测中心成立至今，共完成了广深沿江高速（深圳段）工程、水官高速公路扩建工程、深汕路等500余个项目的检测工作。开展的试验检测项目有：
道路、水运工程的材料试验与检测；
配合比设计及验证；
桥梁、隧道、钢结构及桩基等结构类试验检测；
道路、水运工程的地基处理检测；
道路路基路面检测；
旧路旧桥状况调查与评定；
交通护栏、标志、标线检测；
交通建设项目的监督抽检、交（竣）工检测等。

职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:? Lead, develop and implement of environmental standards and programs in alignment with JE’s Global EHS Management System and to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.? Implement the company’s EHS management system, ISO14001, Cleaner Production, Pollution Prevention and support the company’s sustainability agenda.? Integrate Government work process into JE operations, monitor regulatory requirements and related information and provide guidance to the operational BU's and leaders in China facilities. ? Lead and provide professional/technical advice relating to environmental engineering and EIA for the manufacturing facilities in China and other JE locations as appropriate.? Lead or support on development, acquisition and merger and environmental site assessments and related projects in China. ? Integrate and communicate with other functions, carry out site inspections and ensure that audit recommendations are implemented .? Provide technical leadership in the management of the wastewater treatment and other pollution control facilities.? Implement robust environmental monitoring program to ensure continuous compliance.? Manage waste air emission, environmental noise and hazardous waste issues.? Lead energy saving, water conservation and wastewater recycling and minimization projects.? Conduct Environmental and EHS audits to ensure continuous improvement of the EHS management system.? Investigate and report on accidents, dangerous occurrences and other environment emergencies to determine root causes, make recommendations and follow up actions to prevent recurrence.? Ensure that all accidents are properly investigated and that lesson learnt are shared across the company.Job Requirements:?Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering , Environmental Engineering related major.?10+ years working experience in EHS, 5 years in the manager role at least. ?
