As more corporate and institutional clients continue to consolidate their banking activities with the introduction of payments and cash management services, the potential growth of this business is substantial. Our customers view our regional client service proposition as a key element in deciding with whom to mandate their business. In this role, you will:? Develop GLCM(Global Liquidity&Cash Management) businesses by servicing cash management needs of Commercial Banking customers.? Win new GLCM business to achieve agreed revenue and product targets.? Penetrate further into existing clients, increasing HSBC's share of wallet.? Gain market share by proactively targeting and winning business from new clients.? Understand market needs, identify potential opportunities and proactively participate in marketing and the product development cycle.? Ensure a smooth transition of cash management wins from sales to Implementation and the successful on-boarding of new business.? Promote HSBC's GLCM capabilities internally and externally to improve awareness of the GLCM business? Maintain HSBC's internal control standards.? Implement and observe Group Compliance Policy.? Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of its occurring.职位要求:To be successful in the role, you should meet thefollowing requirements:- Bachelor degree holder or above- Minimum 8 years' related RM or cash salesexperiences with tracked performance- Target driven.
