? Lead management responsibility for new nursery under General Managers direction:
在总经理指导下，负责新培育基地的管理职责
o Government relations at new nursery location 新培育基地的政府关系
o Hiring/firing of workers/staff 招聘/解聘员工/工人
o Training of employees 员工培训
o Oversee spend/budget for new nursery 负责新培育基地的支出/预算
? Ensures that the responsibilities of all direct subordinates are defined and understood through production staff
明确所有直接下属和生产员工的职责要求
? Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
执行所有指定的管理职责和其他职责
? Professionalism – maintains company’s excellent image and reputation
