公司目前设计人员约为40人，并聘用了多名具有丰富设计经验，在中国石化工程建设公司（SEI）工作20年以上的设计人员作为设计骨干，是一支各设计专业配置齐全，具有技术创新能力的团队。公司与国内外的大型设计院、工程公司和工艺包商开展广泛的技术合作，如连续重整装置工艺包商UOP，煤油共炼和煤焦油加氢工艺包商KBR，丙烷脱氢装置工艺包商UOP等。我公司通过开拓创新、勇于探索和实践，拥有多项专利、专有技术，并在工程实践中得到应用。

The company is consists of 40 designers, include several experts from SEI with over 20 years design experience. Our company owns innovative working team of full professions assistant. Now our company undertake comprehensive cooperation with famous design institute, International Petrochemical engineering company and designated process licensor, both domestic and abroad, such as UOP for Platforming process licensor, KBR for coal oil refining Unit and coal oil liquefaction unit process licensor, UOP for Propane Dehydrogenation Unit to enhance our design level and engineering capacity gradually.(see attached Reference list).
