5）处理生产中突发性设备故障维修，确保及时有效；
6）简历设备档案（保养、维修等记录和数据）确保及时全面准确。
主要职权：1）组件事业部设备选购、更新和改造建议权；
2）设备易耗品，备品备件选用建议权。
主要责任：1）及时高效地诊断并解决设备故障，保证生产顺利进行；
2）按设备年保养计划对设备进行保养，做好设备预防性维护工作；
3）处理生产中突发性设备故障维修，确保及时有效，保证顺利生产；
4）做好当班设备点检工作；
5）建立设备档案（保养、维修等记录和数据）确保及时全面准确；
