岗位职责:
GENERAL SUMMARYThis position is responsible for AP accountant but also Kunshan plant AP module to make sure Account Payable data integrity and accuracy within multi-entities of China region including daily AP job of Kunshan plant, manage cash request report and pay to vendor accurately without duplicate; cash disbursement, GRNI report management, AP aging report analysis and liaison with both internal and external to solve the overdue prepayment. Execute month end AP closing and balance sheet reconciliation , assist SSO manager to improve AP KPI.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Daily AP job for Kunshan plant including vouchering invoice ,excute 3-way matching ,run cash request report ,vouchering of staff remburesment report ,Credit and debit notes processing, AP aging report preparration in SAP system .
2. Review cash request report then pay to vendor accruately without any duplicate .
3. Keep good communication with all inter company ,to make sure IC reconciliation within tight month end schedule and compliance with Cooper policy .
4. Double check credit and debit notes booked by AP accountant to make sure meet with SOX requirement .
5. AP aging report analysis;
6. Manage prepayment report prepared by AP accountant and liaison with internal department to solve overdue items .
7. Manage GRNI report and provide information to SSO GL to complete month end package , push all internal department to solve un-invoiced items timely .
8. Assist SSO manager to improve AP Days .
9. Work with Plant team to standardize payment related workflows across all business units in China;
10. Month end AP close;
11. Assist SSO Manager to improve AP module KPI .
12. Ensure SOX compliance in AP function.
13. Others assigned by SSO Manager.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE1. Familiar with SAP AP moudle .
2. Bachelor or college degree or equivalent;
3. Qualified Accounting with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience ,AP team leader expenrience is a plus.
4. At least 2 years experience with MNC and US listed company will be a plus;

This position is responsible for cash related functions in China SSO including initiate payment at DB cash pooling and local web-bank, expenses verification and reimbursement. Assist on treasury reporting. Perform financial activities to help other SSO members to achieve SSO’s performance and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES:Initiate payment at DB and local web-bank. Manual cheque preparation ( e.g. cheque, TT, LC) timely and accurately ;Bank notes management,Including endorsement within deadline ,provide scan original document to AR/AP to book entry timely.Cash Pool Operation. Transfer fund between cash pooling and local bank timely and minimize finance cost,Make sure each function account has enough cash to pay ,tax ,payroll Etc.Assist SSO GL to prepare treasury reporting, eg 13 week cash forecast, weekly cash position etc;Collect all bank statements and delivery to SSO GL to prepare bank reconciliation;Provide invoice to assist Plant finance to prepare foreign currency payment;Collect and verify employee's expense claims to adhere travel & entertainment policy and answer the enquiry;Collect Employee Set-up Form to assist on new employee set up in VGF system;Prepare cash forecast analysis and provide information on cash reporting;Work closely with corporate treasury to ensure maximum utilization of cash;Liaison with bank and SAFE, ensure the latest update of FX policy and government regulation; Continuous improvement in Treasury Operations to roll out best practice in ChinaOthers assigned by SSO Manager. General Summary:
SDE Manager is part of Purchasing Department. The Prime role of SDE Manager is responsible for Monitor supplier's performance based on Measurement of Performance through APQP process.
Responsibilities:
1.Lead supplier APQP process to ensure supplier PSW approval timeliness, flawless launch.
2.Work with the vendor to get certification from 3rd party, 2nd party
3.Manage supplier's performance to ensure PPM below 50.
4.Conduct Business Management Reviews with suppliers (Supplier presentations, monitor actions).
5.Conduct On Site Manufacturing Process Audit and identify process deficiencies and corrective actions and close deficiencies
6.Manage Top Focus supplier, re-source or return to normal.
7.Conduct Supplier Annual Audits and ensure all suppliers sustain above Level C
8.Implement workshops / train suppliers in Quality Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, etc.
9.Implement feasibility studies at suppliers that meets CSA metrics/requirement
10.Assure timings of PPAP, schedule / manage PPAP, APQP meetings.
11.Close all open issues regarding PPAP, APQP with qualified PPAP package signed.
12.Conduct Run @ Rate at manufacturing location that meets all PPAP criterion
13.Review supplier 8D response and manage meetings with problematic suppliers, and verify corrective actions and ensure corrective actions have been implemented and 8D's is closed.
Review the suppliers critical processes, assure critical items / characteristics will be detected during plant in-process quality review (visual / poke yoke).
Experience and Education:
1.At least College Degree, Master Degree if preferred and Chemical or Rubber Background is preferred
2.Minimum 5 Years and over 3 Years in Tie 1 Auto Rubber Manufacturer are preferred
Free to Travel (minimum 50%)
3.Good English Skill both Oral & Written.
4.ISO9000, QS9000, ISO/TS****** knowledge.
5.Familiar with Quality tools, such as PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8Ds etc.

Summary:
The objective of the Program Engineer position is to be the liaison engineer between the Customer and Cooper-Standard Automotive in the creation and maintenance of vehicle sealing component designs that meet the Customer functional, timing and cost targets while maintaining Cooper-Standard Automotive Manufacturing Plant feasibility requirements and profit margins to maximize shareholder returns.
Responsibilities:
?Responsible for the design of sealing and/or exterior ornamentation components.
?Ensure designs meet all functional SOR requirements.
?Liaison between the Customer sheet metal and sealing release engineers, internal and external CAD designers, CSA manufacturing plants and outside suppliers of molds, tooling and commercial components.
?Responsible for communicating program concerns to account manager and engineering manager.
?Responsible for program design status including design time lines.
?Responsible for coordinating regular design reviews (drawing reviews) and providing design status updates.
?Assist in all product VE/VA reviews.
?Review vehicle windnoise and waterleak trouble shooting as necessary.
?Participate in 8-Discipline corrective action writing with manufacturing divisions to assure timely and permanent problem resolution after launch. Lead 8-D corrective action writing prior to launch.
?Lead the engineering portion of the APQP process and input into portal.
?Implement engineering changes.
?Participate in vehicle builds/testing and track identified problems through to resolution.
Required Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above,know well GMFord specific requirenment is preferred;
2. At least 5 years of experience program development and management;
3. Can use Microsoft office software, including project freely;
4、Excellent communication skill and team spirit;
5、Good English skill, both in oral and written;
6. Good Coordination skills.

岗位职责:
Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of assigned customer programs. Creates and fosters teamwork principles for the multidisciplinary team they lead. Monitors team progress and takes necessary action to insure overall project success. Scope of responsibilities includes all combinations of components, systems, and full platform programs.
Responsibilities:
1.Establishes program timing. Creates time lines for overall program activities, including all phases of program development and (APQP) Advanced Product Quality Planning requirements. This task requires at minimum, weekly time line reviews to ensure required tasks are completed as scheduled.
2.Coordinates multi-discipline team activities. Ensures that responsible resources are assigned to activities defined by the overall program time line and all APQP elements.
3.Monitors and reports customer program ongoing status. Advises responsible Cooper and customer representatives of concerns associated with the program.
4.Communicates program requirements to all persons responsible for performing selected tasks (i.e. tooling, drawing, components, gauges, APQP requirements, etc.). Communications includes distribution of meeting minutes, open issues, time lines, etc.
5.Monitors (PDR) Product Development Request progress for assigned programs. All PDR's will be monitored and appropriate persons will be advised if actions are required or dates are in jeopardy. PDR's will be tracked for parts as well as test data, drawings, prototype quotes, etc.
6.Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with the core team and Cooper management to ensure program status issues are communicated. Open issues will be discussed at regularly scheduled meetings. Persons will be assigned and dates established for concern resolution to ensure timely closure. Regularly scheduled meetings include confirmation prototype meetings prior to production, tooling kick-off, and post launch meetings to discuss "things gone right/things gone wrong".
7.Schedules Cooper design review meetings with the appropriate persons at appropriate program stages.
8.After receiving a copy of any program specific (RFQ) Request For Quote) from the Sales Account Executive, tracks progress/completion as part of normal program issues.
Experience and Education:
1.Bachelors Degree in Technical Field, preferred.
2.Two years of technical experience in a functional area.
3.The ability to focus multi-disciplinary task teams. Previous program management experience beneficial.
4.One year of experience preferred.
5.Will be responsible for "cradle to grave" customer program management.
6.Primary focus will be automotive APQP status.
7.Strong attention to detail and extensive follow-up.
8.Ability to work on high level with outside customer contacts on a daily basis.

General Summary:
SDE Manager is part of Purchasing Department. The Prime role of SDE Manager is responsible for Monitor supplier's performance based on Measurement of Performance through APQP process.
Responsibilities:
1.Lead supplier APQP process to ensure supplier PSW approval timeliness, flawless launch.
2.Work with the vendor to get certification from 3rd party, 2nd party
3.Manage supplier's performance to ensure PPM below 50.
4.Conduct Business Management Reviews with suppliers (Supplier presentations, monitor actions).
5.Conduct On Site Manufacturing Process Audit and identify process deficiencies and corrective actions and close deficiencies
6.Manage Top Focus supplier, re-source or return to normal.
7.Conduct Supplier Annual Audits and ensure all suppliers sustain above Level C
8.Implement workshops / train suppliers in Quality Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, etc.
9.Implement feasibility studies at suppliers that meets CSA metrics/requirement
10.Assure timings of PPAP, schedule / manage PPAP, APQP meetings.
11.Close all open issues regarding PPAP, APQP with qualified PPAP package signed.
12.Conduct Run @ Rate at manufacturing location that meets all PPAP criterion
13.Review supplier 8D response and manage meetings with problematic suppliers, and verify corrective actions and ensure corrective actions have been implemented and 8D's is closed.
Review the suppliers critical processes, assure critical items / characteristics will be detected during plant in-process quality review (visual / poke yoke).
Experience and Education:
1.At least College Degree, Master Degree if preferred and Chemical or Rubber Background is preferred
2.Minimum 5 Years and over 3 Years in Tie 1 Auto Rubber Manufacturer are preferred
Free to Travel (minimum 50%)
3.Good English Skill both Oral & Written.
4.ISO9000, QS9000, ISO/TS****** knowledge.
5.Familiar with Quality tools, such as PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8Ds etc.
6.Experienced in quality root cause analysis in Rubber Field
7.Could independently handle the supplier quality issue and could develop the supplier
