- 熟悉公司的安装政策和安装管理流程- 负责安装工地管理并指导和监督电梯的安装工作- 负责编制现场施工预算- 负责监督分包队伍的安装工艺和进度- 协调业主、分包方等相关方面的关系- 负责按合同规定收款 岗位职责: - 根据分公司计划,对未开工的现场条件做初步分析,制定基本的安装施工计划- 接收合同资料并建立项目档案;- 制定项目安装进度计划;- 预算安装项目成本;- 开工前检查和工地准备;- 跟踪并反馈设备发运日期- 安装阶段质量检查(自检/专检);- 安装进度跟踪管理;- 安装过程中安全监督检查;- 项目成本/毛利分析;- 参加销售安装会议;- 安装验收与移交;- 负责对分包安装人员进行培训和人员跟踪;- 对分包单位和人员进行管理和评估;- 负责收取安装费- 负责申办分公司安装资质 职责与衡量标准:
- 安装前进行电梯设备进场和土建交接检验- 检查安装工作,确保安全施工,符合安装工艺和施工操作规程,如期交工。- 准确提交预算方案,确保降低成本费用- 客户投诉率- 安装台数及安装效率(CIP)- X-Order完成额。- 协调好各方面的关系,确保安全及质量符合验收标准- 负责协调与内外部的工作关系OFAR成绩 主要工作关系: (特指业务相关部门)
- 内部客户:销售部、工厂、质量部、安装部、财务部、维修部- 外部客户:技术监督局特种设备检验所、分包商、甲方、工程监理及总包 资质要求:
- 学历:大专以上学历,机电、机械、自动化及相关专业- 工作经验:2-3年项目管理或工程管理经验,电梯行业经验者优先- 语言能力:国语读、说、写流利,阅读英文资料及处理简单邮件- 计算机水平:熟练使用各办公软件- 其它主要资质: 1)业务能力列项要求: 市场、竞争和增长、客户关系、销售管理、产品知识、核心价值观与奥的斯一致、安全管理、工地管理、财务管理、人力资源管理 2)领导力能力列项要求: 适应性、分析性思考能力、创新能力、判断力、商业道德规范、沟通能力、客户导向、发展人才能力、结果导向、前瞻性、策略性领导、团队合作- 有建造师资质者优先 工作地点:滨海新区周大福项目部

Position Specification: - Responsible for JDE Manufacturing program / report / interface development / bug fix / retrofit for China Area.- Responsible for Business Intelligence report development / troubleshooting(JDE & e*Logistics system)- IT routing support, like periodically SQL password change, BO/DI maintenance, month end financial closing support. Basic Accountabilities: - 100% Comply with EHS & Business Ethic Policies Requirements;- Work closely with ERP application team to provide customized reports, programs and interface during implementation and post implementation support- Work closely with HK ACC on all JDE technical aspects.- Work closely with e*Logistics user and L&T team to provide high quality BI report and timely technical support.- Evaluation of functional specification, writing technical specification, coding & testing and signoff- Technical bug fix Key Measurements: - SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) Plan To Be Achieved- Code Quality – Turn back – Under Control- Technical solution to meet requirements on security and performance- Documentation (functional & technical specifications) control to comply with SOX / Internal Control requirements Principle Working Relations: - ERP Application team- ERP support team- WHQ / Hong Kong ACC team- IBM/L&T team- Oracle support team- e*Logistics users Qualification Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or other related majors.- Minimum 3 years’ experience of software development.- Rich experience on Web development.- Strong coding abilities in C/C++ language.- Strong database knowledge on SQL Server- Excellent problem solving skills, good team work spirit and communication skills- Strong written and verbal skills in English.- Have common sense on ERP knowledge, JD Edwards / BO / BI development skill / experience will be a PLUS- Can afford long term business trip.
